DRAFTMAN – Cheras
Responsibilities

  • Prepare drawing and detailing base on project given
  • Work in accordance with project scope and schedule
  • Responsibility in all aspect of AutoCAD drawing quality control, AutoCAD drawing structure filing and production management.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM
  • Required skill(s): AutoCAD
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese and English
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Highly self-motivated, willing to learn and able to work independently

ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE –  Petaling Jaya / Kapar
Responsibilities

  • Invoicing
  • Process account documents such as receipts and daily report, etc
  • Monitoring daily cash flow and collections
  • To perform related work as assigned

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM / Diploma qualification in Business, Administration, Accounting or Finance
  • Must be computer literate
  • Chinese speaking is required

PROJECT EXECUTIVE – Cheras
Responsibilities

  • Manage existing customer accounts
  • Attend to phone enquiries and walk-in customers
  • Manage and meet customers’ expectation
  • Responsible to measure dimension (at site) for custom made products
  • Marketing relevant jobs such as introducing company to potential customers, explore and develop new customer sources, events and exhibitions
  • Draft and design for commercial kitchen (equipment) layout
  • Perform any other job function that may be assigned by Manager

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM / “O” Level, any field
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese and English
  • Highly self-motivated, willing to learn, able to work independently and outgoing personality
  • Strong negotiation and communication skill
  • Passion in selling and marketing
  • Result-oriented
  • Experience in food and meat industry / hotel and catering supply experience will be an added advantage

INDOOR SALES EXECUTIVE – Kuala Lumpur / Petaling / Cheras / Puchong
Responsibilities

  • Attend to sales enquiries, including call-in and walk-in customer, by providing information about the product and the project with the objective to achieve sales target
  • Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM / Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management / Marketing or equivalent
  • At least 1 to 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably Junior Executive specializing in Sales, Retail or equivalent
  • Energetic with positive attitude
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

ADMIN EXECUTIVE – Kuala Lumpur
Responsibilities

  • To assist the management in their daily work function and administrative duties
  • To handling request and queries appropriately
  • Assist in drafting letters, memorandums and handling corporate matters
  • Other duties assigned from time to time

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM / STPM or any relevant qualification
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software, Ms. Word & Excel are essential
  • Able to work in team and require minimum supervision
  • Good command of spoken and written in Chinese
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able to work independently

SALES COORDINATOR – Kuala Lumpur
Responsibilities

  • General support to sales team pertaining to customer order
  • Must possess a pleasant personality and positive working attitude such as proactive, independent, self-disciplined and responsible.
  • Co-ordinate with warehouse for daily delivery schedules
  • General administrative and clerical support include proper filing of document, answering customer call and enquiries and other duties assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-University or and field
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
